Experience
In 2007 I joined the Colegio de Arquitectos de España, the official organisation that controls the registration of architects allowed to practice in Spain, and also became the first British architect to be a member of the Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Córdoba.
During my 30 year career I have worked on a number of different building types including healthcare, infrastructure, commercial and residential. In one project I provided London with an historic view of Saint Paul’s not seen since the times of Dickens. Here in Spain I have mainly concentrated on private houses to provide a wide range of services tailored to meet the client’s requirements:
- Surveys
- Refurbishment
- Concept design
- New Build
- Detail Design
- Quantity Surveying
- Contract Management
- Permissions and Building Licences
- Project Management
- Professionalism
Background
I live in a small aldea near Priego de Córdoba and have built a close working relationship with a number of Spanish colleagues to ensure the best possible service for my clients throughout Andalucía.
